Opportunities: Senior Associate
Alvarez & Marsal Dispute Analysis & Forensic Services is seeking Senior Associates for its team in Boston.
Senior Associates are required to:
- Work as a team member on multiple client assignments to assist in performing damages calculations and valuations, forensic and accounting investigations, purchase price disputes, expert witness services, business interruption claims and licensing compliance services
- Perform complex data analyses and reconciliation;
- Document methodology and results;
- Assist with project planning;
- Lead fieldwork, inform supervisors of progress and manage staff;
- Create an efficient and team-oriented work environment;
- Provide performance feedback to staff;
- Develop working relationships with clients; and
- Track business developments and subsequent impact on clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or economics; CPA a plus
- Minimum of four (4) years relevant experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
- Exceptional problem solving skills
- Highly motivated and interested in taking initiative on personal and staff development
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills
- Strong data analysis skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access
- Willing to travel and work additional hours, as necessary
- Candidates should be based in Boston, MA
