We’re Looking for Consultants and Consulting Managers
Consultants and Consulting Managers work as members of project teams to help clients solve complex problems. You will be required to meet deadlines, handle multiple tasks concurrently, and be adaptable to new assignments, systems and tools. Travel is often required, though you will typically remain in the region in which you are based.

Our recruiting process allows you not only to demonstrate your talents, knowledge and problem solving skills, but also provides you with the opportunity to learn more about us. You’ll meet with our professionals for three rounds of interviews – one of which includes participation in a client case study – over a period of one to two months, and will discover the Alvarez & Marsal Business Consulting difference.

Requirements for consideration include:
- Consultants: Bachelor’s degree (Preferred Majors: accounting, finance, economics, MIS, marketing, engineering, liberal arts, human resources, and operations and supply chain management)
- Consulting Managers: MBA or master’s degree (Preferred Majors: accounting, finance, economics, MIS, marketing, engineering, liberal arts, human resources, and operations and supply chain management)
- Minimum 3.2 GPA, both major and overall
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Relevant work experience (if applicable)
