We are excited and pleased to announce the fourth presentation of our webcast series, Eye on Tax.
"A Great Divide: 2011 Business and a 1959 Nexus Standard," was held on February 24, 2011, and featured A&M Taxand Managing Director Michael Lippman. During the presentation, Mike reviewed the history of Public Law 86-272, and examined recent developments in light of new business models and aggressive taxing regimes.
Once a month, we will more fully explore a topic of interest published in our Tax Advisor Weekly newsletter with a one-hour webcast detailing the specific issues, planning opportunities and pitfalls that you need to know in order to best understand the full implications of the subject matter.
Those who register and attend the webcast will be awarded one hour of CPE credit as authorized by NASBA. And, like the newsletter, there is no charge for these valuable insights and continuing education credits.
