We are excited and pleased to announce the third presentation of our webcast series, Eye on Tax.

"Adequately Disclosing Foreign Tax Effects in Your Financial Statements," was held on January 20, 2011, and featured A&M Taxand Managing Directors Albert Liguori and Mark Young. During the presentation, Al and Mark discussed how to respond in the new environment to avoid financial audit surprises, and provided helpful insights on recent encounters with attest firms, as well as suggestions on the adequacy of financial disclosures.
